Seeing the Invisible. Powering the Future of Precision Surgery.

Abstract

Hypervision Surgical (“Hypervision”) is pioneering the future of surgical intelligence with the world’s first regulatory-cleared real-time intraoperative spectral imaging platform, combining on-chip spectral sensing with real-time AI analytics at over 60 frames per second. Seamlessly integrating into existing surgical vision systems, it transforms standard cameras into intelligent, data-rich tools that deliver high-fidelity tissue imaging at an unprecedented scale and speed – revealing anatomical, physiological, and pathological details beyond human vision.

Certified for both open and minimally invasive general surgery, the platform received UKCA certification and FDA clearance in 2025 under a newly established product code for AI/ML-based real-time video augmentation, and was admitted into the FDA’s Safer Technology Program for its potential to significantly reduce surgical complications. With multi-centre clinical evaluations underway in the UK and strategic partnerships with imec and ZEISS Ventures, Hypervision is driving a new era of data-driven, intraoperative decision-making to advance surgical care.
